1. every product ordered must be order in 2 weeks times (product will took 1 - 2 weeks time to make).
2. product pattern based on the ready stock pattern but customer can choose the color according to their needs.
3. product are handmade according to order so this require customer to pre-order with 60% deposit upfront and the balance will be paid prior to delivery.
4. a confirmation notification will be sent to the customer via SMS/whatapps stating the amount paid, amount owing, plus estimated delivering times.
5. once your ordered product ready, we will sent you a notification the product will be mailed to you after 1 or 2 days the full payment have been made.
6. kindly ask anything before committing into buying.
7. your deposit wont be return back once you have cancel your order.
